We try to offer the best possible service we can with our delivery of your blinds. All of our blinds go out via external recognised couriers and when possible on a next day standard delivery.

Our standard delivery charge is £6.99, this cost covers whether you order 1 blind or 10 blinds it’s a one off set cost which is applied at the checkout. This £6.99 charge is not applied on orders over £200, you will receive FREE DELIVERY.

We aim to deliver all blinds within a 5-10 working day time scale, some blinds are quicker than others and this time scale can fluctuate depending on the time of year, demand, and the weather. We have a 98% success rate that blinds are delivered within 10 working days. Order can take up to 30 days after the order was originally placed, this is very rare and is usually due to items being out of stock or over the Christmas period (usually the 14th December) when our factories close down.

On delivery of your blinds all items must be checked whilst the courier is still present internally and externally. This is incredibly important as we will not be able to claim on your behalf if the goods are damaged if they are not checked whilst the driver is present. On occasions that goods cannot be inspected internally please sign UNCHECKED or DAMAGED, doing this ensures that you are covered if there was any damage to the blinds.

We as a company strongly recommend that all your blinds are signed for UNCHECKED or DAMAGED as standard as this is the safest option for you the customer.
